1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using PromptForge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Description of Service
PromptForge is an AI-powered prompt engineering platform that helps users create, optimize, and manage prompts for use with AI language models. The service includes prompt generation via guided interviews, a prompt rewriter, dashboard history, export features, and public prompt sharing.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering. You may not use another person's account or share your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use PromptForge.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use PromptForge to generate content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or violates the rights of others. You may not use the service to generate spam, malware, or content designed to deceive. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.
5. Payments and Billing
Pro and Team plans are billed as one-time monthly payments with no automatic renewal. Your plan remains active for 30 days from the payment date. We use Paystack to process payments securely. All payments are in Ghana Cedis (GHS). Refunds are issued at our discretion within 48 hours of payment for technical failures only.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the prompts you create using PromptForge. By making a prompt public or sharing it via a share link, you grant PromptForge a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that prompt on the platform. PromptForge retains ownership of the platform, its design, and its underlying technology.
7. AI-Generated Content
Prompts generated by PromptForge are produced using Claude AI by Anthropic. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, quality, or fitness of AI-generated prompts for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any prompt before using it in production or professional contexts.
8. Limitation of Liability
PromptForge is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. Paid plan fees are non-refundable upon termination for violation of terms.
